La segunda es de la película The Wall (1982), protagonizada por Bob Geldof y dirigida por Alan Parker.
La tercera corresponde al espectacular concierto de Roger Waters "The Wall Live in Berlin" (1990).

Eclipse

El 24 de marzo de 1973 marcó un antes y un después en la historia del rock. Ese día la banda británica Pink Floyd editó The Dark Side of the Moon (El Lado Oscuro de la Luna).
El disco presenta un desarrollo conceptual sobre el hombre y la locura moderna. Ya desde el inicio, con Speak to me y Breathe se establecen los lineamientos fundamentales. En Time, se observa como la vida avanza sin que nos percatemos de ello, con la consecuente desesperación que eso genera. Money es una crítica al individualismo de la vida consumista que aliena a los hombres y los aleja de sus semejantes. Brain Damage nos regala una brillante aproximación a la locura a través de los versos de Roger Waters, autor de todas las letras del álbum.
En otra ocasión nos dedicaremos a hablar en profundidad de The Dark Side of the Moon. Pero por ahora nos centraremos en Eclipse, el último tema del disco y el que resume el concepto fundamental. Frecuentemente, la popularidad de Time, Money y The great gig in the sky hizo que Eclipse cayera en el olvido y sólo sea recordado por los fanáticos de Pink Floyd. Sin embargo, esta canción es la que cierra la unidad fundamental que representa el disco, completando su sentido.
